Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under United Kingdom or Scottish statute.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Scots Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this charter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Sheriff Courts of Glasgow and Strathkelvin and the Court of Session in Edinburgh, Scotland.
