Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do Play Credits carry any real-world monetary value or cost money?
Never. Every verified 18+ patron receives a complimentary allocation of 150,000 fictional Play Credits upon registration. Play Credits are non-transferable virtual counters used solely to operate the demonstration mechanics of our harmonic cylinders. You cannot purchase Play Credits, and they can never be exchanged for money, goods, or commercial services.
2. How do Wax Hallmarks (`tsr:claims`) work across the site?
Clicking the bookmark emblem on any cylinder card, dossier, or atlas pin stamps a local Wax Hallmark in your browser’s `localStorage['tsr:claims']`. Hallmarked cylinders appear immediately in your Conservatory Shelf on the home stage and under the Marked Hallmarks collection filter in the Cylinder Vault.
3. How do I change the Conservatory lighting scene or session reminder bell?
Open your Patron Profile to switch live between our three atmospheric lighting scenes—Calcite Matinée, Sienna Vellum, and Malachite Nocturne—and set your session reminder bell to chime every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
4. What happens when I activate an Account Break?
An Account Break (available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months on our Player Care page) immediately logs you out and records an immutable lock timestamp in our server registry. Neither login nor passphrase reset can bypass an active break until the time expires.
5. Why does Treble Spot Reels require 18+ age verification?
Even though our harmonic cylinders operate purely for free-to-play entertainment with zero monetary stakes, their visual reel mechanics are curated strictly for adults aged 18 and over in accordance with UK and Scottish governance standards.
